Velliste, J. Adams un J. Estams (igauņu trimdas pārstāvis) — informēja par politisko situāciju Igaunijā, par Igaunijas Kongresa augsto autoritāti un par Igaunijas PSR jaunievēlētās Augstākās Padomes pieņemtajiem lēmumiem. To vidū ir deklarācija par Igaunijas PSR Augstākās Padomes un Igaunijas Kongresa sadarbību, kurā teikts: <br /> <br /> «Igaunijas PSR Augstākā Padome atzīst Igaunijas Kongresu par Igaunijas Republikas pilsoņu pārstāvniecību un par Igaunijas Republikas valsts varas atjaunotāju. <br /> <br /> Igaunijas PSR Augstākā Padome apliecina savu gatavību sadarboties ar Igaunijas kongresu un Igaunijas Komiteju nolūkā atjaunot Igaunijas Republiku uz tiesiskās pēctecības pamata.» <br /> <br /> Sarunās Rīgā tika skarts plašs jautājumu loks attiecībā uz triju Baltijas valstu neatkarības atjaunošanu, tika izteiktas pārdomas par Latvijas Republikas Pilsoņu kongresa un pilsoņu komiteju darbības dažādiem taktiskiem variantiem konkrētās situācijas kontekstā, arī par iespējamajiem jaunās Augstākās Padomes lēmumiem. <br /> <br /> Latvijas Republikas Pilsoņu komitejas un latviešu trimdas pārstāvji bija vienisprātis par to, ka jāpanāk Latvijas Republikas valsts varas atjaunošana saskaņā ar 1922. gada Satversmi. <br /> <br /> Latvijas Republikas Pilsoņu komiteja atgādina, ka 8. aprīlī sākas Pilsoņu kongresa delegātu vēlēšanas. Ar konkrētiem jautājumiem par sava iecirkņa delegātu kandidātiem un par balsošanas punktiem varat griezties Centrālajā vēlēšanu komisijā — Rīgā, Brīvības ielā 234, tālrunis 553438.</div>
